Would you like to support your local community and the environment? If so, we are looking for volunteers that can assist with our plastic film recycling every Wednesday. The plastic film is taken from the orange bin in the parking lot at Dexter Township Hall and dropped off at Chelsea High School. The hours are flexible and you can come to collect the plastic at any point in the day on Wednesday!
Besides helping Dexter Township and the environment, you’re also helping Chelsea High School. With the help of our wonderful volunteers, Chelsea High School recently earned $2,500 and won THIRD place in the national TREK film recycling contest! Chelsea High School collected 21 thousand pounds! We now want to help Chelsea High School in their efforts and goal of #1!
